Glasses and progressive lenses

Measured for how you actually wear them.

George explains your prescription. We help you choose the frame and lens, then take the measurements for the way that frame sits on you.

The process

How buying glasses works here.

  1. 01

From the exam to the bench

George’s lens recommendation is his clinical judgement, written in your record. The dispense carries it out.

  2. 02

    Choosing a frame

We help you find frames that suit your face, your prescription and the lens you need: fashion, everyday or a basic spare pair.

  3. 03

    Measuring

For progressives, we measure where your eyes sit in the frame you’ve chosen, so the lens is made for that position.

  4. 04

    Collection and fitting

When your glasses are ready, we fit them to you and show you how to look after them.

The right lens, explained.

The right option depends on your prescription, your frame and how you use your glasses. We talk you through it. Lenses range from standard designs to premium German and Japanese makers.

Collection, adjustments and repairs

When your glasses are ready, we fit them and check them with you before you leave.

Loose arms, nose pads, a frame that won’t sit straight: bring them in, whoever made them.

New to progressives?

Most people take a little time to get used to progressive lenses. We’ll show you how to use them and what to expect. If something doesn’t feel right, come back and tell us.
